4. Ordering Process

4.1 Order Placement

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order
  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance

4.2 Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of ordering
  • We accept debit / credit cards, Paypal, GooglePay.
  • All payments must be authorized before order processing
  • Prices will be charged in British Pounds

4.3 Authorization and Ownership of Payment Methods

  1. By making a purchase, the buyer represents and warrants that:
    • They are the authorized owner of any payment method used
    • They have the legal right to use any credit/debit card(s) or other payment method(s) provided
    • They are legally authorized to make purchases using such payment methods
  2. The buyer explicitly confirms that:
    • All payment information provided is accurate and complete
    • They are not using payment methods belonging to any other person without explicit authorization
    • They understand that unauthorized use of payment methods constitutes fraud
  3. Verification Requirements:
    • We reserve the right to verify the ownership and authorization of any payment method
    • Additional verification may be required before processing transactions
    • Orders may be cancelled if payment authorization cannot be verified
  4. Prohibited Actions:
    • Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods is strictly prohibited
    • Use of payment methods without the explicit consent of the owner is forbidden
    • Attempting to circumvent payment verification measures is not permitted
  5. Legal Compliance:
    • All transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations
    • Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities
    • We reserve the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized payment method usage
  6. Consequences of Violation:
    • Orders placed using unauthorized payment methods will be cancelled
    • Account suspension or termination may result from violations
    • Financial responsibility for chargebacks or disputes remains with the buyer

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • Standard items will be dispatched same day (cut-off time 1pm)
  • Personalised items will be shipped in 2 working days. Please contact us before ordering about time frame.
  • Made-To-Order items dispatch time may take up to 3 days
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
  • Extra delivery costs (Express Service etc.) are calculated at checkout
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (Please see point 12 of this Terms and Conditions)

5.2 International Shipping

  • We post only to UK Mainland address. Other geographical restrictions may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

6.1 Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility unless item is defective
  • Personalised items are non-returnable.

6.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days of return receipt
  • Original payment method will be used for refund
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless error on our part
  • Damaged or defective items will be fully refunded including shipping

6.3 Cancellation Policy

6.3.1 Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately contact@laseratorium.com
  • If you cancel before shipping, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

6.3.2 Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to return a received product, please refer to our Return Policy.

6.3.4 Custom/Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders for custom or made-to-order items can only be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Once production/customization has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

6.3.5 Refund Processing

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6.3.6 Exceptions

  • In case of exceptional circumstances, each situation will be reviewed individually.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory issues, or pricing errors.

7.  Natural Materials and Product Care Notice / Notice on Colour Accuracy

7.1 Natural Materials and Product Care Notice

While we maintain the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process, please note that our products are made from natural materials. As such:

  • Minor imperfections and variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and should be considered part of the product's authentic appeal
  • Products may experience slight alterations or distortions if stored in environments with excessive humidity
  • Each piece is unique, and natural variations in appearance are to be expected
  • To maintain optimal product condition, we recommend storage in a dry, temperature-controlled environment

These natural characteristics do not constitute defects but rather demonstrate the authentic nature of our materials. Proper storage conditions are essential to maintain the product's original form and quality.

For best results, store your items:

  • Away from direct moisture sources
  • In well-ventilated areas
  • At normal room temperature
  • Away from extremely humid environments

7.2 Notice on Colour Accuracy

Please note that the colours of displayed images may appear differently depending on the screen settings of your device.

8. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Account sharing is not permitted
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts
